Policies:

• Check in Time is from 2pm to 5pm. Must call the day before to make arrangements for "check in" if arriving after 5pm. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for arrivals after 5pm without prior arrangements.
• Check out time is 11am.
• Minimum 2 night stay except for Holidays and Peak Seasons which is a minimum of 3 night stay.
• No Smoking permitted inside any lodging facility. If you smoke outside, Throw your cigarette butts in the cans not on the Grounds.
• No use of 3 or 4 wheelers on property.
• No use of FIREARMS, BB/Pellet Guns, illegal drugs, and underage drinking on property.
• No tents and only registered paying guest allowed on property unless preapproved.
• No motorized vehicles on the grass. All vehicles must stay in the parking area or on roads.
• Must be Quiet after 10pm
• A fee of $30 will be charged for any date changes or for switching lodging facilities. Changes must be made 14 days prior to arrival date or it will be considered a no show and full charges will apply.
• One night's deposit is required on all reservations with a Visa or MasterCard
• 14 days notice prior to arrival date for a refund of 75%
• No shows will be charged for the entire length of stay.

• Deposits and Charges WILL NOT be REFUNDED as a result of any of the following:
• Less than 14 days notice of cancellation
• Occupant checking out prior to the end of the reserved time.
• Canceling because of the weather unless roads are closed
